House Rules

The theatre can be a dangerous place if we do not act responsibly. Below are some house rules that aim to keep people safe and maintain an enjoyable experience.

Be respectful to the theatre, everything in it, the staff, helpers, and other members of the cast.
Follow the instructions of any member of staff.
Do not do anything that will put you or someone else in any kind of danger.
If you notice something or someone becoming a danger, tell a member of staff immediately.
Be kind to each other.
Do not touch anything in the theatre without specific instructions from a staff member to do so.
NEVER touch anything backstage or technical with out permission to do so.
The technicians are there to help you and keep you safe.
No food or drink on stage.
Wear sensible clothes and shoes for rehearsals.
You may only leave the theatre at lunchtime if you have specific written permission signed by a parent (see below).

House Rules Consent*

My child understands the House Rules and agrees to follow them. I understand that the Prince of Wales Theatre, Ambient Night Productions and any members of their staff will not be held responsible for any child who breaks the rules and subsequently puts themselves or others in danger.*

Leaving the theatre at lunchtime

Lunch Consent

I am happy for my child to leave the theatre unaccompanied during lunchtime. I understand that during that time they will not be supervised and therefore not the responsibility of the Prince of Wales Theatre or Ambient Night Productions. DO NOT CHECK THIS BOX IF YOU WISH FOR YOUR CHILD TO STAY IN THE THEATRE AT LUNCH.
