Young Frankenstein

Grandson of the infamous Victor Frankenstein, Frederick Frankenstein inherits his family’s estate in Transylvania. With the help of a hunchbacked sidekick, Igor, and a lab assistant, Inga, Frederick finds himself in the mad scientist shoes of his ancestors. “It’s alive!” he exclaims as he brings to life a creature to rival his grandfather’s. Eventually, of course, the monster escapes and hilarity continuously abounds.

Workshop
This years summer workshop production runs from Monday 5th August to Friday 16th August 2022 (excluding weekends),
10:00 – 16:00 daily.
£150 per child (discount for additional siblings)
Members will need a packed lunch or parental permission to leave the theatre at lunch time.

Show
The final production will take place on Saturday 17th August 2022, 7:30pm at the Prince of Wales Theatre, Cannock. Tickets: £10 available from the theatre box office.

Auditions
Auditions will be held at the Prince of Wales Theatre on Saturday 27th July from 10am – 1pm. Auditions are for those who wish to try out for a lead role. Once you have booked your place on the workshop, you will contacted to arrange an audition time. Audition material will be send out on 13th July. You do not need to audition to join the cast – only if you wish to try out for a lead role.
